Board-Certified Clinical
Psychotherapist Serving
Unique and Absolutely
Worthy, Diverse Individuals

Welcome to The Empowerment Room.
Through almost 3o years of clinical experience and EMDR training, I offer a depth-oriented, highly individualized approach to therapy and coaching.
Together we will focus on the underlying patterns that drive your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so that change takes place at a level that actually lasts.
This is not surface-level therapy or coaching. Our work will be active, engaging, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful movement forward. You will not only gain insight -- you will begin to experience yourself differently in the areas that have felt "stuck".

Psychotherapy (for Pennsylvania residents) offers a confidential, clinically grounded process for anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, self-esteem and relationships. Coaching (for anyone, anywhere) provides a structured, forward-focused process for personal or professional growth, work-related relationships, stress and life transitions.
Every individual has the capacity to overcome obstacles and evolve beyond them. My role is to provide a structured, thoughtful process through which that growth can unfold. In a confidential, non-judgmental, and highly focused environment, we will work collaboratively to address challenges with precision and intention. Change may occur incrementally or through pivotal insights; this type of work produces lasting, concrete results and transformation. As your clarity and confidence strengthen, decisive and sustainable actions naturally follow.
Many clients come to me after previous therapy hasn't gone far enough. If you are looking for a more focused and meaningful approach to change, I invite you to reach out. I offer a brief consultation to determine whether we are a good fit. Thank you for taking time to learn about my practice.

Who I Help
I help teens, young adults, and adults overcome anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional barriers that affect their daily lives. As a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR therapist, I support clients who are seeking relief from painful experiences, unhelpful patterns, and feelings of being stuck.

With specialized training in trauma-informed therapy and EMDR, clients are guided toward greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting emotional change. Therapy is also available for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, with services offered in both English and American Sign Language (ASL).
